Description

Th Solder LV 15, as with all solders from Nobil Metal with flux incorporated, is produced with the unique system of folding up the thin sheet of the alloy to contain the flux.
This “fold up” system, as well as giving a tubular shape, allows you to direct the discharge of the gasses produced when melting the alloy.
Furthermore, this particular work process means that for every new soldering phase made, the molten metal does not solidify. In this way the potential little “explosion” caused by gas, which cannot find an outlet and form a plug between flux and alloy is avoided.
The specific flux used to produce the rod gives a good fluidity to the solder, insofar as it prevents oxidation of the surface and, once the final product has been soldered, does not leave residues which would be difficult to remove.

TECHNICAL DATA

Just like all solders from Nobil Metal, Solder LV 15 does not contain Be, Cd, Pb, Cr, Co, Mo or Al.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Direct a very small flame onto the area to be soldered.

When this section begins to change colour from its natural one to pink, introduce the solder in a position that is opposite and horizontal to the flame.

Thanks to the incorporated flux, the solder will melt and flow immediately.

Solder LV15 is not suitable for the ceramic veneering and for ceramic restorations as secondary solder.
